Artist's Description

Elaborated collage from a doodle done in a journal in the early 1980’s
A lot of research went into this piece from the 5 ton fiddle in Nova Scotia to the golden naked boy on top of the parliament buildings in Manitoba.

I tried to pull in as much Canadiana as I could find into this combination of my own photography in the Z area as well as leaving in and captioning some of my own pre-digital art work.

I did feel I had to remove the hand drawn Malroony from the D, because I put him in the W.

The gray cup actually had to be turned black and white to shield out the reflections of my nieces daughters.

I know I left out Frank and Gordon, but I barbecued them in another edit. Bell was being more then evil at the time and there already is a beaver in the picture. Visit my site in the “Canada” section to view it and my reasons.

I truly had a wonderful time working up this piece, I hope you enjoy it.
