House of Glass

Unto the house of glass
The fire burns at last
For there be no present future past,
And upon the throne another shown,
The mother Moon whom un-atone
Beneath thy feet it burns not,
For we have thus cast our lot.
The flames swirl and spiral,
For all the while we stand in denial
And glow red all around
And hear thus the fire’s crackling sound
Which lives and breaths
And washes like water upon the seas,
Burning as thus in anger unappeased
It hears not our mercies pleas.
The light that burns be our own storm,
For which from our own hand doth form.
The Moon turns away for it was Her whom they did slay,
For thy lay with the lie of paradise lost,
And from this mystic place,
I leave to another plane, one similar but not the same,
One of glass that gleams of rainbow streams
From the light of the fire bright,
In here I have no fear no fright.
For the light of the fire for some may burn,
But for the lost the weak and those forlorn,
The scorn of hates ire merely lights the pyre,
The brilliant light that shines within,
That for which they called the house of sin.
For the beauty and light of our heavens delight
In here we have none to fear or fright
And behold what a heavenly sight.

Artist's Description

The hourglass symbology is a very interesting one. It is a formation of an upward, or phallic pyramid, with a downward pointing pyramid above representing the feminine. It is also representational of a 4 dimensional shape in sacred geometry. Zero Dimension or time is a single point. If you duplicate the point and connect the points, you form a 1 dimensional line which Length can be measured. Duplicate these two points and you create a square or rectangle which is 2 dimensional. It consist of length and width. Duplicate the four points and connect, you create a 3 dimensional cube. It can be represented by length height and depth. Duplicate these points again and you form a four dimensional hypercube which can be expressed as Length x height x depth x hyper depth = hypervolume. This form is similar to an hour glass or when rotated, a challise. The hour glass of course also represents the illusion of time, which according to Zeno’s Paradox can not pass.
