As I kiss

As I kiss upon your tepid neck, our arms and bodies entwined like ivy to a tree we gaze in each other’s eyes what happiness I see.

You are the calm before the storm, a Trojan worrier, the mite you show, your power lighting up the sky, what beautiful grace your dance defies. The electric static buzzing through the centre of my body to the edges of my universe.

You are the fire in my cold, melting the ice encasing my heart, pumping it full of ecstasy. The heat radiates from your sweet tender kiss engulfing me into a euphoric bliss.

I am yours, my heart is open. I am the tree wanting the ivy to entwine me, waiting your storm to dance with me, your heat to penetrate me.

I am yours that is if you want me.
