I decided to take a self portrait and see if it was suitable for the latest Solo Exhibition Sojie. I’ve taken a few SPs before but not been all that happy with them, mostly because I don’t really know what I’m doing. However, I like this one a lot . . . and I actually had fun while doing it! I’m very fortunate that this photo has been approved for the catalogue for the Workshop.

Taken with a tripod-mounted Pentax K100D and Sigma 28 – 80 mm lens. Manual shooting mode; shot in RAW using on 19.06.2012.

The image has been cropped a little on the right side and Photoshop’s Curves have been used to lighten it a little.
