Amiracle The Beautiful

One Day

I saw Amiracle The Beautiful
With its children dying
In streets
And at school

I saw a hypocrite daydream
Through false camera eyes
On television
And at cinema

I saw a poor man’s smile
His greedy hands clutched
An emotion
Or some satisfaction

I saw the abuser unpunished
And the user rewarded
Was undated exactly

I saw innocence in her eyes
And selfishness tango
Didn’t know
The price to pay

I saw burned down factories
Housing the homeless
There’s chaos
All around us

I saw anger and shallowness
Explode into one
In episodes
Around the corner

I saw the heat of a city
Melt into traffic jams
But long lasting
I saw memories forgotten
I saw pain
I saw the beast

I saw the strongest surviving
And without warning
Bang bang
A gun had succeeded

I saw the trees in the wind
With blowing leaves
I forgot the evil

I saw Amiracle The Beautiful
I saw what’s unwinding
I saw hope
I saw

One Day (Part II)

Like a systematic lurid corruption
A trickery
Lapsed frozen with plural eruption
Tainted in remorse its deception
Stopping for
Unusual simultaneous detection
And we learn technique’s prevention

Magic Night

Have you dreamed a magic night
The hope is pure as a tragic light

We started on the deck at dusk
Just me, oh yeah, and the rest of us
On a quest or by some odd chance
In a car we made our advance
Toward the sea, down Jersey’s shore
Over a bridge and through a bar door
With ease of motion and feet aground
Our heads were floating all around

Because the buzz the people make

Their arms and legs and heads a lake
Of distorted extremities contorting
I realize that only I am awake
We are all just zombies
All different
And alike

Then subtle as a fly attacks
My mind somehow wanders back
What I swallowed a logic right
Have you dreamed a magic night

Remember ways
Stupid summer haze

Many, many yesterdays have gone
I remember one
Way back in 1972
I started to breathe
Everything was new
Until I discovered
Amiracle the Beautiful
Now I want to leave

Family ways
Forever gone days

Summer Breeze

Feel the love in the air
It’s hard to believe
This dime store nightmare
Imprisoned by the beauty
Of the midnight moonglare

There is a summer breeze
Crying from the darkness
Warm or cool between trees
…and it’s aching

I remember

I’ve worn the mask
Of a lunatic smile
I’ve toiled on task
Far beyond denial
I’ve taken of the flask
For a drunkard mile
I’ve had time to bask
In the uttermost vile
I’ve never failed to ask
Is anything worth while
I’ve worn the mask
Of a lunatic smile

Remembering eccentric passage
From sanity, to return a sage
Inspired uncertain coming of age
And wearing the mask
Of a lunatic smile
I’ve received, deceived
All the most important personage
For what? Personal rage
Close my eyes, unlocks the cage

I’ve worn the wings
Of a free bird flying
I’ve seen the things
With heart beats dying
I’ve pulled the strings
That sent tears crying
I’ve had rememberings
Of a little boy lying
I’ve born the tidings
A masked lunatic smiling

One Day (Part III)

I saw grace a bird
Flapping wings
A free air dance
Raven magic prance

I saw the greenest

Grass caress
Salt water air
Placid Earthen hair

I saw wild flowers
Sun bathing
In rapt exotic harmony
Quiet purple symphony

I saw the distance
Vast, lasting
Open for the future
Deserving no measure

I saw Amiracle the Beautiful
I saw nature as usual
I saw smiles so plentiful

I saw dawning wonder
Shape a face
Flash, sudden alarm
Forbidden lucky charm

I saw what’s unseen
I saw a dream
(A Magic Night)
I saw

One Day (Part IV)

The ongoing fight
Battles won of spite
When power might
Falls short of right

One day I saw America
I even saw what’s beautiful
I know what to breathe for

I saw one day loose its fight
Totally vanish from sight
As if swallowed up by night
Then …
From such darkness sprang light

The Beauty

I am the people
I am good and evil
I am America
I am beautiful
I am the miracle
I am right
From dark springs light
From dark springs light
