I Like Your Coconut

Would you like a coconut or maybe the wind
Like a woman loves the diamonds by her throat
My cart has juice because I need the breeze again
And I pass to the right a pretty milken case

Like mangos are forever and the birds the birds
Swim in seas of clouds and take my breath away
Or is it the manatee at the surface like a spy
A note to the sun may make my baby cry

Do you want that coconut or sum sugar rum
When golden dreams hit my ears like the spray
Of sea and salt that stains my memory
For sure your mangrove arms collect the night

True deck side voodoo may call Captiva shells
Yon dancing chimes are really creamy fish
Like the dozens of spiders or the one lizard
He wakes each day with no tail or desire

Would you like a coconut or maybe another taco
The stereo is alive and it is the neighbors
So let it play the tunes they grant me much more
Predictions are the future like her diamonds shine
