Artist's Description

Many of the icons in this collage are linked together showing different aspects of my life and family when I lived in Montana until we moved to California when I was eleven years old. The little blonde boy on the top is me with a crown on my head. Viewing this, I can follow my life progression through various metamorphosis. The black and white photograph in the center are my mother’s uncles. One of the special images is the curtain of the Washoe Theatre in Anaconda, Montana where I spent many hours as a child in this elegant movie house. It is one of the most famous historical landmarks and still exists in it’s original condition today. It was designed by the same architect who designed the Grauman’s Chinese theatre in Hollywood. To appreciate all the imagery, please view this in the larger format
