Hey thanks for checking out my work.

You can see more of my work, and view my full contact info here craigfletcherphotography.com

I have been photographing things since about 2001, shooting 35mm film and learning the basics of the black and white dark room in high school for a couple of years. Whilst studying to be a paramedic at university, my love for what I had started to learn in high school continued in my own time, continuing to shoot 35mm film using a Minolta camera and kit lenses.

In 2006 when I finally came to the realisation that
(1) – I will never have a dark room in my house, and
(2) – Digital photography seems to be the way of the future, I made the move to shooting Nikon digital.

All of my work on here is from the last few years.

My artistic interests are mostly in abstract, architecture and landscapes. I also shoot sports, commercial and events professionally. I also have a studio at home, which enables me to print all of my own work (on my large format Canon iPF8000), so although I am happy to make sales here, I hope to mainly use the site as a way to engage with others who have a passion for art.

I try to leave comments on works that I enjoy. When requested I also try to leave constructive advice if I have any to give. I hope you will do the same for me!

Snapseed for iPad

I think any photographer or image lover with an iPad should own the Snapseed app. It’s a great little tool for quickly editing a shot to see a quick preview of its full potential. Or you may very well be happy with it as a ‘finished’ shot. The shot here of the jetty at Daylesford lake that so many of my followers liked was edited on the iPad – it took me 2 minutes. / Of co…
