I am a PhD student at University of Wollongong. My research area is visual arts. I am researching the paintings of Aboriginal artist Rover Thomas.

I live in a coastal town on the south coast of NSW.

My artistic practice entails works on paper and photography.
I am at present working on digital images of the beach. This is to answer a question – What is a beach? What are the elements that make up the beach. I am looking closely at the textures and patterns one sees on the beach.
