Love's Blue Moon's Rising

Love’s Blue Moons Rising

Every day there are so many blue moons’ rising. I call them moments! And I choose to live and learn to choose love, even if it is alone I still do. My homeward way is, and yet my heart’s courage sometimes is still salvaging the touching truth slipping; dripping tears. Listening to the wait of love’s return; and too the weight of its falling sun’s set. Living love’s limbo in memories open to the anchor of a wounded vulnerable hold. Hanging on the bedroom wall living lit by the sky outside the window closed.

Inside … the smell of hope alone is still filling yesterdays now. Yet, every day there are so many blue moons rising. I call them moments to grow by. No one is too young or old to need the release of what cannot be held. Come home.

And now … the heart’s will to give love again is waiting for you to receive you are love; yet a love still waiting is where the laws of attraction cannot see your blue moon more than once in a life time; and slipping past the heal of time’s weight upon the ever lessons of all Love’s Blue Moons.

And the all of you … every moment now. Now, inside the kiss of patience growing upon the lips of your mind’s touching choices. To be with the all of you living homeward with so many blue moons rising. Yes, you are that valuable to every life long moment of love!

Artist's Description

This poem was inspired by (a cool story) visiting the page of an RB member Avalone and her piece Once in a blue moon
She was a new RB member to to me.

I was touched by her ever so touching and vulnerable comment on my piece How does a man dream?
— a writing initially inspired by my leaving a comment on another piece (see: How does a man dream )

And so it happened again, naturally I guess, … I started to comment on the Blue moon peice, and it too proceeded to grow into a poem (this Piece here) Well? What can I say?
