We are all creative beans, even if we don't think we are! We can all make art, music, movement and we can all enjoy each other's creativity. Creativity is healthy, and vital for wellbeing. Colour, texture, sound, taste and smell stimulate our senses every day. I have run creative arts and crafts workshops for about 15 years. I write and illustrate books and journals, and try to encourage everyone to explore their creativity. I create all my designs from scratch (no AI) and with soul.
