Please support my campaign to continue create ‘What my Coffee says to me’ series:

The stigma surrounding depression originates from living in a culture where feelings of vulnerability are considered weak. At first, my depression prevented my ability to work or to earn a living. This led me to judge myself as less valuable, a nobody. We measure our self-worth when we are working or producing. As a result, my sense of failure and inadequacy stunted my creativity.

Many times throughout our lives we may feel crushed beneath the weight of decisions and circumstances. We may feel as though we are worthless. Please remember, you will never lose your value.

Today, I know I can enjoy life. I know I can succeed.
My coffee tells me so every day!
