Love Lost

I have a hole like a Henry Moore sculpture.
The void takes my heart and my womb.
It is filled with that bad taste in my mouth.
That hole is an empty place
where you used to be.

We shared so much together, it was joyful.
Now you have gone I am alone with that hole.
Tears full in the hole but it has no bottom.

I went looking for your love,
I found it, I lost it.
Now I have to look again.
I will guide my next love more.
Searching in that white dress
that gets stained so black.
