A journey back to my homeland

Well… if anyone remembers, my Dad has been very ill…and now comes the time I have to return back to England for a visit…..where I was raised, and was my former home.
It is a time of mixed emotions ….it will be a time to see my family there.. but I guess, the last time I will see my Dad. I also have ‘practical’ things to sort out while there…so 2 headspaces will be needed… the emotional, and the nurse/organiser.

I found out the need last night when my Mum broke down on the phone …and so I’ll be going back in about a week…the only thing stopping me is the fact I need to get my Passport.
I’m not feeling that I am going ‘home’ – home is where my heart is…and that is Melbourne …and despite it all….I know that I will be looking forward to returning back….an emotional rollercoaster I think is heading my way.
