Artist's Description

Narrow walkways, arches, medieval buildings, doorways, gates, shops, dwellings, busy places, quiet places are all aspects of the Medina (Fes el Bali). Contrasts abound. Inside the buildings there are gardens and zellige tiles; and even in the streets there is vegetation. Moroccans love their gardens. The Medina of Fes is world heritage listed and dates back to 8th century AD.
Canon 6D, zoom lens.
