Artist's Description

Two Koalas resting during the day. Koalas are marsupials and have a backwards facing pouch so the young are not damaged as the mum climbs trees. They are threatened in some areas of Australia due to clamidia; but in other areas they can be in pest proportions.
They are wrongly called koala “bears”. They spend most of their time sleeping & only eat one or two varieties of eucalypt which have only little nutritional value.
Canon 6D, zoom lens.
