Still life of a mannequin-black and white photograph by Cara Schingeck
There is a story behind this and yes it is related to my project “Our War”…ponder, wonder, think, I do all the time…I am inspired to create art to get the thoughts and feelings and experiences and to see what, why, who and if there are others who see the same or to share what else is going on with the world, what do you see and feel, happens when we see something and stop and realize we identify with it, I’m not implying this work of mine will do that for you I am suggesting something to contemplate.
Restraint can mean many things to many people it can mean a personal virtue-self control or physical restraint, the practice of rendering people helpless or keeping them in captivity. It can mean whatever you feel it means to you.
