Artist's Description

National Park Iguassu Brazil_Argentina

Iguazù Falls, Iguassu Falls of Foz do Iguacù

Their name comes from the Guarani or Tupi words y (water) and ûasú (wa’su) (big).
Legend has it that a god planned to marry a beautiful aborigine named Naipí, who fled with her mortal lover Tarobá in a canoe. In rage, the god sliced the river creating the waterfalls, condemning the lovers to an eternal fall.

This is the big walkway that allows visitors to enjoy the amazing view to the greatest Fall, Devil’s Throat (see my picture “Majestic”) and the Canyon

This series of picture of Iguazù Falls are dedicate to
Hank Rodriguez

Enjoy it Hank!!!
