I found this atrium thanks to Bill Coughlin whom I dragged along with me to do some architectural photography in downtown Chicago. We were walking down Michigan Avenue in downtown Chicago and came across Orchestra Hall. Orchestra Hall is a music hall for classical music. We asked to get in to get some photos of the hall itself, but the security man denied us access. We were told we could go along the side hallway and look around. Look around we did and I came across this atrium. Looking up, I knew right away that this was a shot worth taking.
I wonder if anyone agrees.
