Emmily Brumini, started drawing and painting in 1972 at the age of 15. In 1981 she finished university majoring in Social Communication. She decided to become an illustrator and studied Human Anatomy for Design for 3 years then worked in advertising doing jobs such as layouts, storyboards, conceptboards and logomarks for 14 years.

She taught Anatomy to a variety of students and then decided to produce postcards, leaflets and logomarks for bars, restaurants and churches in Sao Paulo City for 5 years.

She has also studied English and Graphic Design in London.

Adding life experience and her practical knowledge as an illustrator and moving to London, has inspired this present concept for the DOORS OF LONDON, “Inside Out”. The doors reflect through the window what lies inside as well as outside. It signifies that we create our own universes wherever we go.
