Yet to be Seen

Fields of misty green,
So peaceful and serene,
Filled with unfinished dreams yet to be seen.

Majestic clouds,
Fluffy and white all around,
Where children’s hopes abound,
Yet many frown.

Like a clear blue stream,
With a hot summers steam,
Rising like a softly spoken plea,
Just waiting for us all to agree.

With the sight of a rising sun,
The world’s seen as only one,
A diamond in the rough,
To be polished by us.

Many beads of water,
All one until later,
When they run together,
To become a force that matters.

A blue pearl in the universe,
Where we run our course,
For better or for worse,
Why do we go for the latter?
Instead of the first?

Artist's Description

This world has so much hope if we only look for it. Yet we don’t. The people on this planet can offer so much humanity, but we talk about it more than we act on it. We have to stop being a single drop of water and flow together to form a mighty river of love and help
