All photographs, artworks and writing on this website are copyrighted and owned by the artist: Jan Szafranski (also known as the Sadistic Scribbler). Any reproduction, modification, publication, transmission, transfer, or exploitation of any of the content, for personal or commercial use, whether in whole or in part, without written permission from the artist is strictly prohibited. All rights reserved.

My work may only be displayed on your blog or website if the following terms are followed:

  1. NO WORKS MAY BE HOSTED ON PHOTOBUCKET, or any other free hosting site which allows others to view, copy, and/or print out my work.
  1. You must receive my permission to post any of my work outside of RedBubble (or any other sites where my work is displayed)
  1. You MUST notify me before posting any of my work with links to the pages where the image/text is displayed

When you notify me, and you are given permission to post any of my works, then the following rules apply:

  1. The artwork and/or photograph must not be changed in any way, including brush work, color changes, watermark removal, or any other derivative application. This includes sites which give away free glitter graphics, layouts, stamps, blinkies, or any other form of journal/myspace/blogger/wordpress decorations.
  1. Credit must be made to me, Jan Szafranski or the Sadistic Scribbler at RedBubble. Underneath each picture you use, a link must be provided to my RedBubble gallery at http://boredscribbler.redbubble.com/ and/or the original picture in my gallery.
  1. My work must not be used for any commercial work such as book covers, banners, website designs, layouts, CD or DVD covers, magazine illustrations or covers, etc. unless you have contacted me and arrangements have been made for such use through a contract and payment.

By reading these terms you agree to adhere to the following conditions regarding all works created by me. If you misuse, or fail to follow the above conditions, legal actions can and will be taken.
