Artist's Description

Know as Anacahuita in its native regions of northern Mexico the “Texas Wild Olive” tree flowers almost year round.

It is grown successfully across the southern regions of the USA.

In south Florida this Cordia boissieri is also known as “White Geiger.”

I photographed this specimen in central Florida (Disney/Epcot) using my Konica-Minolta DiMage A2 DSLR camera. Set at ISO-80, f/7.1, 1/50 sec.
