Artist's Description

While on a bushwalk in the world heritage listed Blue Mountains National Park, I noticed these large cumulus clouds rising up over the cliffs. After a few hours the storm rolled in and it started pouring with rain. And yes, I got wet.

Cumulus clouds are a type of cloud with noticeable vertical development and clearly defined edges. They are often described as “puffy” or “cotton-like” in appearance.

Blue Mountains National Park near Katoomba, NSW, Australia.

Canon G12, as is.
