Its going to be a fun night…all the students from Visual Arts, Illustration , Multimedia and Arts Therapy courses will be there, showing their art and partying it up for the big end of year show. You can also come and buy some of the art, I will be in the print room selling my prints along with the other printmakers. There will be paintings and drawings for sale as well as sculpture.
There will be presentations, awards and hopefully lots and lots of arty people having a good time. Meet the teachers and students. Come and meet me, I would love to meet you on the night.
We at the Chisholm Institute are proud of our work and proud of our school and would love for you to come and hang out and have a few drinks and walk around checking out our art. Please come. BillyLee

Patricia
Thanks Patricia, I wish you could come also, the last time I had an exhibition and invited bubble friends in the city, two of them came and it was the highlight of my evening , meeting two amazing artist whom I had been chatting to for some time. They are still friends of mine today. I wish you could come also. Hopefully it will be a buzz.
Oh look there you are, aren’t you gorgeous!
Talented and very chic!
Have a great night!
I would like to come to see you, but can’t promise anything – strange time for me!
Is the guy in the photo looking down your dress or is he just blinking?
I actually think he was blinking, but he is one of my teachers and it was kind of funny to snap him like this because he looks leary!!!! However, he isn’t doing that at all…it just looks like that….Knowing him he was trying to get away from me! He he, I am having some fun….hope he doesn’t get mad at me. He is actually a wonderful teacher and a really decent person. It would be great if you could come on the night, its going to be fun. WEll, if you call mingling , talking to people, not drinking, waiting for awards, not getting an award, not selling anything, then mingling and pretending to have fun! Well, it will be a ball! Last years was a disaster for me because someone upset me, this year is going to be great…because, well because life is great. See you there maybe. B
very wonderful… the institute offers Art Therapy? I would like to hear more about the program…
Yes, its a really great course, I have to decide if I would like to take my art in that direction. It all depends on whether or not the government will make enough jobs available for graduates of this course.
Call Chisholm and ask for John who runs the art therapy programme. Where do you live? I could find out more for you if you like.
I will try to get there, Belinda……and hopefully bring along my house-guest, another RedBubbler from overseas. It just depends on what her plans are.
Gosh Elaine, I would nev expect you to come all the way from Ringwood, but I would sure be excited if you did come. Maybe you could make a day of it , you could come up to Mornington, walk on the beaches, eat at Sophia’s on Frankston Pier and come to Chisholm early…I could try and get there earlier. I hope your guest has a lovely visit.
Belinda, if only I could make a day of it. Unfortunately I have a full-time office day-job and have just recently negotiated 3 long weekends in a row. Next week I’ve got Thursday and Friday off to go to Cape Conran, so I think I’d really be frowned upon (if not lose my job) if I take Tuesday off as well. But that was a lovely suggestion of yours. However, if we do make it, it would be somewhere around 7:00pm – and we might still grab a pizza from Sophia’s!
Don’t stress yourself over it Elaine, it will be a good night but you sound so busy. I have applied for SHE this coming 09 and if I get into that, well you will all be invited to that one. I am getting there…one day at a time. b
Oh! I wish I could! I’d love to meet you, love to see your prints “in the flesh”! Would love to be able to buy them, too, because they are SO worth buying and being able to hang up and look at whenever one feels the urge.
I hope you have a great, fun time and meet many, many people who have the brain power to recognize artistic genius when they see it .. and the wallet power to buy it.
I’m a writer not a visual artist [ but I do write on paper by hand – Quill A5 fine ruled notebooks preferably!] I’ve never met you & I haven’t a bent penny to purchase anything! but hey I love art! Can I come? ☺
oh – I’m in Karingal & can I bring my Skik ?
Chookas! ♥
I would like it if you came, you don’t have to buy anything, just have a drink or two, meet the artist and wander from room to room. Please come and bring a girlfriend, tomorrow night at 6pm…building C.
