An ear of butter and sugar sweet corn with the husk pulled back. Hmmmm…… it was so good to eat.
Just peel the husk off and fine silk off.
Have a pot of boiling water.
Drop them gentlely in the boiling water and boil for 8 to 10 minutes.
Another way of cooking sweet corn is to pull back the husks and remove the silk. Then pull the husks back over the sweet corn and soak the ears in a tub of water for several hours. Have the grill going and lay the ears on the grates shut the lid and cook about 30 minutes. Peel back the husks and spread some butter over the cook kernls. Shake some salt and pepper if desire and start eating. Hmmm……..
