Hi my name is Alan.

I work as an aircraft engineer and spend most of my time on the European mainland, I am currently working in Brussels, Belgium

I have a Canon 400D which replaced my old Olympus OM10 which served me well for 20 years. I use an 18-55mm and 75-300mm lens.

I also have a Fuji Finepix J10, a very handy camera I can carry everywhere.

I have a great interest in landscapes and motorsport, but love to experiment with other topics when I can.

I look forward to your comments and constructive criticism on my photographs as I find it difficult to judge my own work. Looking through the site makes me realise how much I have to learn.
