I was fascinated with the many dimensions that this angle produced looking through what remains of one of the rooms of the old Pump House at the ruins of the old Blast Furnace at Lithgow situated off Inch Street. The site is now a park and is well worth a stop over to take in the history of what was once a thriving part of Lithgow and an important part of the steelmaking history of Australia. Its also a great challenge to photographers who no doubt will take great delight in the rustic charm and many angles of what remains.

Taken with the Nikon D90, Tamron 18-270 mm lens, hand held.
