My philosophy is to turn off the brain and shoot by instinct. Don’t think, just do. I’m not trying to capture what I see. I’m trying to capture how I felt, visually.

I’m not a purist by any means I really don’t care if the final image is true representation of what I saw, as long as it conjures up emotions of how I felt when I saw it. It feels as if the camera is connected directly to my emotions with the shutter being pressed automatically, I’m not even there. I find it wonderfully therapeutic.

All I know is that I love photography and I want to spend every waking moment doing it. As long as I can keep taking photos, I have found my happiness, my creative outlet, my voice and my peace."

71 images

Ok, so thats my first 5 years of photography distilled down into portfolio of my favorite 71 images. If feels a little weird putting these up for sale without truly knowing what the final print quality is going to come out like. I guess I’ll have to buy some myself to check it out. / I find myself wondering whether any of this work will find a buyer. I guess only time will tell.

New to Red Bubble

Hi there, / I’m new to RedBubble. I’ve been doing photography since 2009 and have decided that its about time I try selling my work. I’m going to link to RedBubble from my own web site http://www.guyberresfordphotography.co.uk and hopefully get some sales. / Let me know what you think of my work, and whether you think it could sell. / Cheers. / Guy
