Dear Momma

The road we’ve walked together had been a hard one,
Good and bad,
Seems like its getting harder as we go on,
But than you find the loving words to say,
To make everything seem okay.

Even though I was a hellraiser,
One hell of a trouble maker,
You never gave up,
Always showed me love.

Growing up,
My childhood memories filled with all the sweet things you did for me,
I could remember you coming home from work late,
You where in the kitchen tryin to fix me a hot plate,
And I know sometimes i act crazy,
But i got to thank the lord that you made me.

The times have changed,
But we made our way,
If we can make it through the darkness I know there’s a brighter day.

I guess all I want say,
Is that I love you!
And how you raised me.

You are appreciated,
Dont forget it,
Even when you’ll be gone,
You’ll never be faded,
The one women that will always be in my life,
Forever in the back of my mind.

Just know in my heart your always shining bright
for you are my guiding light!
