Artist's Description

This original day of the dead painting on canvas called “The Gun” was created in honor of Dia De los Muertos or All Soul’s Day. The subject matter is interesting and may pose a question to the viewer. Decisions for good and evil, right and wrong are symbolized in this artwork. The angel and devil are perfect examples of the choices we must all face in life. Should I or Shoudn’t I? Colorful acrylics in vivid hues were hand painted on large 24 × 36″ gallery canvas and ships ready to hang with no frame needed. Ink has also been used to give this a feeling of street art and to add details to this work of art. Unique and collectible Dia De Los Muertos Painting for Barbosa Art Fans. 2012
