Go hug an Artist!

I’ve been going Redbubble mad! Things have been rather hectic, the winter draws in, the dark long nights suck away and real daylight, Yule approaches, yet i’ve found myself flat out with no time to mourn the midwinter struggles.…

But today I’m here to show and tell more about my redbubble shop fun. Just to clarify in case of confusion, the shop I run off my own website, is original art, unique one off craft items or cards I print myself. Redbubble is separate. I was i suppose just intending to load up new digital design work to sell. But the initial uploads got such a positive response that I am now uploading selections from my big back catalogue that i think will look nice as printed items. It’s turned a bit full on!

I thought i better write a small post, since i’ve been busy uploading my back catalogue up onto Redbubble. I usually write all my bloggy thoughts & life ramblings over at balnacra.wordpress.com. I also have an online shop page there , where i sell originals and craft items like pottery etc. of course you can also find me on twitter & facebook under ‘Balnacra Arts’. Being a starving artist is hard work isn’t it? I’m a billion years old and have never ‘emerged’ yet, never ‘broken through’ or been ‘discovered’- " oh you’ll make a fortune on this new work!" a fortune? in arts? I strive just to avoid having to take on even more day jobs.
