Artist's Description

Botanical illustration of wild garlic plant with its tiny bulbs in bright and dark green colors. This herb is also known as allium ursinum, ramsons, buckrams, bear leek. It is a flowering plant from Amaryllidaceae – the lily family. It is also a wild relative of onion and grows predominantly in Europe. Bear’s garlic is edible, its leaves are especially delicious. Found this one and many like it while walking through a forest in the mountain and couldn’t resist drawing it. Nature was very beautiful there.
