Artist's Description

Neal Lane is one of Oregons shortest covered bridges ( Lost Creek is the smallest) Neal Lane is different to most other covered bridges which were mainly built using a Howe truss, this one was built using a Kingpost truss. It spans Myrtle Creek( aptly named for the many Oregon Myrtle wood trees in the area.

From Main Street, Myrtle Creek, turn East on Riverside. Go one mile to Neal Lane—Head south for one mile to the bridge. It is still open to vehicular traffic.
