This is a stunningly beautiful place to visit, but difficult to capture due to the rain getting blown directly on to the lens, requiring shielding with my jacket and a clean between each exposure.

6 manual exposure tone mapped image from a Canon 5d Mark II, EF16-35 2.8 L II and 10 stop ND filter. Processed with Photomatix, Raw and Photoshop.
8 to 60s , f9, iso100, 19mm

Glen Brittle is a large glen in the south of the Isle of Skye, in Scotland. It runs roughly south to north, along the River Brittle, which has its mouth at Loch Brittle (a sea loch). The glen is also overlooked from the east by the formidable Cuillin, the largest mountains on Skye. Many tributaries of the Brittle run down from these mountains into the glen, including a stream with waterfalls known as the Fairy Pools, a popular place to go for a walk.(Wikipedia).
