Another aspect of the damaged but risen Kinzua Trestle near Mt. Jewett, Pennsylvania. As the title suggests, this was taken looking straight down from the Skywalk that has become a symbol of man’s ability to Rise Above It, so to speak. The magnificent trestle was ripped asunder by a tornado in 2003, & while the cost to rebuild entirely was prohibitive, a brilliantly conceived attraction was devised by a devoted group of train & trestle lovers, & the result is well worth a visit.
