Resistance & Surrender

Longing and desire
So delicious, so ripe
Like a juicy blood red cherry
Ready to be eaten
The wetness and sweetness
So divine how can I resist?

Desire so consuming
it places me on shifting sand.
I shiver.
Goosebumps tickle my chest and my mind
My heart is arrested
Overcome by the surge and
the magnet of attirance.

I ache.
Body. Heart. Soul.
Pulled towards the subject of my affection
Craving and wanting to be as one.

Should I resist? Should I surrender?

But love just is.
