This magical creature is my contribution to the new #CreateArtHistory competition, organized by the State Library Victoria @library_vic and the RedBubble shop. This painting is a part of the Weird & Wonderful creatures theme and is based on the Edward Topsell’s “Lamia” illustration. My #gouache interpretation is all about folk art and fall colors:)
