9 lives...7th heaven?

A squealing sound alerted me
To the danger
The siren was deafening
I jump back in time
To look the the driver
In his cold dark eyes

I have never seen such evil
Before in my lives
I’m too shocked to move
I should have hit him
Done something

Too late, the man has gone
I wonder what he has done
Should I chase him
I want to swear
Grab him by his hair
Hit him with my fist

Fists first, talk later
Thats not my way

I could talk him into the ground
Make him ashamed in so many ways
For his killer display

But what goes around
Comes around
So they say
Why dwell on another man’s crimes
When there is no reason or rhyme
He will do his time
I know I’ve done mine

9 lives...7th heaven?
