This is the view behind you as you take the steep climb up towards Flask Brow, on Barden Fell, from the hamlet of Howgill in the Yorkshire Dales. With a view like this it’s a good excuse to stop for a rest pretty often! :))

Beautiful capture and perspective Andy l love the old stone walls
Wow, that was quick Trudi, lol! They’re wonderful aren’t they, these dry stone walls are what give the Yorkshire Dales their unique character. :)) x
Really nice shot which captures the place so well. :)
Thank you Caroline, real glad you like it. :)
love the way the wall leads me into this pic and towards those great clouds.
Thanks Lois, always appreciate your comments. Had to do a fair bit of work on the image to bring out the detail in the sky, but it turned out ok. :)
Great shot Andrew, wonderful composition!
Thanks Shaun, with a view like this I couldn’t really go wrong. You can’t really see it on the photo but the distant hills over Grassington way had a pretty good covering of snow on them! :))
Cheers Antanas, and thanks for stopping by! :)
Very nice image. Great colors and composition.
Thank you Patrick, so glad you like it. :)

Thanks Dave, I got a lot of shots on this part of the walk as it was a bit steep and I’m not as fit as I thought I was so there were plenty of stops for a breather, lol :)
