The Calfeteria is a common sight on many of the Dairy Farms in Rural New Zealand. A mobile feeding station. A tank, or tanks, for milk which supplies multiple teats on the exterior to provide sucking points for multiple calves. I was fortunate to lend a hand on a dairy farm in Mossburn yesterday. Our best friends who manage a dairy farm in Mossburn have their work cut out for them this time of the year.

Wow! I didn’t even know they had such contraptions. At first I didn’t know what it was. (You can’t really see it in the small image.) Glad I clicked on it. Great shot!
Thank you Nancy, it is amazing what they do to make the farmers life easier. Imagine hand feeding all those hungry little mouths.
