adgray is a writer and a poet - telling stories all her life - writing them down once she learnt how Scribbling! Always Scribbling! ... and no there was nothing to be done about it! Her poetry came later when the gift found her to be a ZETE segue (Zographonic Extemporanious Treatise Ekphrasis) At times she can go into a trance-like state as poetry flows through her to the page/screen.
