Replying to a Customer

I recently received a “Bubble Mail” from a disappointed customer.

“I was really disappointed as I was offered a 25% savings by using the code BONUSDAY….. then there was no place for me to enter that which meant I was screwed out of my 25% savings. And to think I ordered two different shirts so I would know which I wanted on future purchases…. If this isn’t fixed I will just consider it a lesson learned.”

Unfortunately, RedBubble designs and maintains the store and checkout process. So if you are viewing this… Your best bet is to contact Redbubble’s support and see if they can help you claim their savings.
