Just Released Impressionist Macro: Miracles of Art (2011 Calendar and New Youtube Video)

First I’d like to take this opportunity to thank many of you for your gracious visit to my redbubble site and for your encouraging and favorable comments. To offer additional channels for communication, I have put together a series of semi-abstract impressionist macro photo realism art images that are presented in triptach, resembling an outward view by the window with changing seasons and landscapes, evoking a pleasing feeling of love, hope and courage in life. I hope you can feel it by watching my new Youtube video here:

Hedonistic, Imaginative Renaissance of Art in Macro Photography

To some, art is a form that needs to be understood and taken in, and yet to others sometimes purely hedonistic, i.e., pleasure, as the subject derives sheer pleasure from the perception of the piece of art. I think I am the latter. That is why I enjoy what I am doing a lot with digital macro impressionistic photography and computer generated artform creation.…

Most of my artwork are precisely that type of art where nothing needs to be understood, they only has to be felt. This point of view immerses the subject – the perceiver – into pure pleasure. The very definition of art, after all, is that it is a type of human action in which emotions take the leading role.

We did it! 5 Redbubble Artworks sold today.

I must first thank redbubble.com and redbubble fans for leading us in the right direction in sharing our little or big “miracles of art” with each others and the general public. Especially some oldhands here on redbubble gave us a lot of encouraging comments. Today on my way to promote our artworks on redbubble, I was pleasantly surprised to find out that 5 different pieces of my artworks were sold. They covered landscape photo, close-up telephoto shot and digitally remastered macro’s below and also appeared in here

Miracle of Art in Digital Macro Impressionism

I consider myself as a “Digital Macro Impressionist” or wannabe for now.
I like to turn a macro image inside out, in orther words, transform it into a new vivid, effective, pseudo or virtual reality, to

1. convey how a subject makes you feel rather than what that subject literally is, and
2. invoke subjective and sensory impressions not visible in macro images.

Ultimately, I would like to make a “miracle of art” happens, like so many of you already have done.

What is a miracle of art? I am not so sure yet for myself. But I know when we come upon it we will know.

I like to hear your miracle of art stories.
