I am a teacher and lifelong learner of many things, but primarily of the Spanish language and cultures in which it is used and everything wellness-related! I teach college-level Spanish and many formats of fitness classes, including yoga, indoor cycling, and strength training. I love bringing diverse groups of people together around a shared interest.
