Kotatsu Japanese Animation Festival (Registered Charity Number 1187288) Created by Ms Eiko Meredith, launched in 2010 at Chapter Arts in Cardiff, UK, screening the real diversity of Japanese animation, and showcases the best in Japanese culture in Wales. A 'Kotatsu' is a table unique to Japan, draped in a quilt, with a heater underneath. Ideal to keep your feet warm while working on cold winter nights. All sales fund future events at the venues in Wales and online all over the world.
