BACK AGAIN !!!

Thank you to long-time friends and new ones for continuing to look at and comment on my art! Especial thanks to the buyer of my State Dept tee, the one that says: WHEN IN DANGER, WHEN IN DOUBT-RUN IN CIRCLES, SCREAM AND SHOUT! You put me over the line so that I actually can get paid now, so thanks again!…

I’ve been out of it for a couple of years, had a couple of surgeries.
In the meantime, The Marine of my Heart has been taking great care of me.

New cats have made places in our hearts, never replacing our friends who have gone on, just making us richer in love for all creatures.

I have continued with photo art, but it’s all on this tablet, and I have to charge up my old computer and transfer the good stuff to her.

We have two grown daughters living next door, by the grace of my sis-in-law

All's well here... finally! 01 Nov 2011

Pain had us incapacitated, after all the other junk that happened. Finally I had to drag myself up and buy a new base for our adjustable bed… the other had not only gotten wollowed out (wallered out?), but it had suddenly and unexpectedly turned itself on abd lowered the knee lift on its own, and next day, lowered the head lift on its own. Only had it about 8 years, but it wasn’t strongly built in the first place.…

So I went to a different brand (Serta) and for about the same price I got a far superior base. No wood where the rollers go, which was different, and instead of having the seat or bum section right almost at the head on the old one, this one had the sit-down/get-up part nearly in the center of the bed. This allowed my long back to fit on the bed without having my head hang off

Bad Medicine caused DEPRESSION

In the couple of days after Wooly died I went to a Neurologist, who read but didn’t think about the current meds I take when he prescribed something to calm the nerves that makes my feet and legs kick and bicycle when I’m trying to go to sleep at night. I read the possible side effects, and they were not very nice.…

I take a few medications (meds) that are supposed to help me stay out of depression (bipolar, here), as well as some Over the Counter (OTC) meds for allergies such as Benadryl, Zyrtec. These work by calming the nervous system so that it doesn’t react so strongly to the allergen, and by causing my body not to produce the histamine that’s not produced in people without allergies.

In addition, I routinely take an ovoid pain med. This “depresses the central nervous system” (CNS), t

WOOLY and the Plague of 2011

“*OUR WOOLY’S GONE*

20:56 10/7/2011

My dear friends:
I’m going to be gone from RB a bit longer.

It all started about 2 weeks ago when my best pal Wooly died. Or maybe the day before, when little Bandit passed away.

I took them to the vet, who said they were fine, but dehydrated. The next day, they died in our arms. The day after, the lab work came back. Nothing wrong with Bandit, but Wooly had general organ failure.

The following two weeks were spent in day and night battles for the other cats’ lives. Everybody indoors, I mean the remaining 8 cats, got sick. The vet gave us Amoxicillan, and super worm/flea meds, as I had found round worms (maybe heart worms?) as each cat got sick. The vet also sent me home with a tube of super sutff to feed them, an oral hyperalimentation.

For each ca

I would rue a kinkajou

I do not want a kinkajou
I’ve gotten two verses, 2nd using Kangaroo.
It’s a given that “I would rue a cow to moo” is next….

‘rue’ means ‘regret having or doing’

Add to it in Comments, and we’ll put it all together, take my CR off…
It should be fun, and very intersting as it goes along.

STOLEN ART from Squealia! Learn what to do!

“Here’s a Link to another RB Artist’s info about her stolen art!:http://www.redbubble.com/people/squealia/journa....

It includes instructions on how to go about complaining to another Site that has your art hanging under somebody else’s name, and suggests going to the sponsors as well, when there are any.

Take a peek at it because sooner or later we’ll all turn out something somebody feels is worth stealing.

And good luck to us all!

Thank you, taken care of: Got a friend with a Mac who has questions...

Shulie:"http://www.redbubble.com/people/shulie1 says she doesnt’ know how to post a work after she’s made a card out of it or framed it.
Mac being foreign territory and a foreign language to me, and I’m not really sure she’s got the idea straight in RB. CAN YOU HELP HER? If so, send her some help, PLEASE!
I’m totally lost here.
Thanks, Dayonda
