Exhibition on now

Just a quick FYI that I am currently in a small group show at the Kingston Arts Centre Gallery until the 31st October. Gallery is right on top of the Moorabbin train station /Nepean Highway in Melbourne.

Work now for sale

As requested a large portion of my work is now for sale. Apologies for the delay but some were created way back in Photoshop 3 so there was a little bit of work to migrate them to be readable in the CS version.

Which is a timely reminder to everyone to migrate their files as they go – I’m fairly computer literate but I didn’t realize it would be such a large task.

Gift Vouchers - A Question to the Red Bubble team

I have a friends wedding coming up in a few weeks and I know they are looking for some work for their new home. Is there any way Red Bubble could have a gift voucher option? Then they could shop to the limit at their leisure choosing the frames and images they would like.

Also, I have a few larger friends that the t-shirts would fit – any chance of a XXL on the men’s shirts? In colours other than white?

6 Degree Art Prize

Hello to all Red bubblers,

I thought this Art Prize might be of interest. Open to everyone in Australia, there are two non-acquisitive prizes. The first is the Frankston Arts Centre Prize (A six week solo exhibition at their gallery, invite and opening at the Frankston Arts Centre in Frankston) and the Walker St Gallery Prize (A four week solo exhibition at the Walker St Gallery in Dandenong with invite and opening).

Applications close 18th July with the final exhibition in August. You can download the information of the Frankston Arts Centre website at:

Or find more information in the Art Almanac.

Exhibition opening - Brunswick Art Space

Well, I had an image for Unleashed but it looks like the upload took too long and I missed the deadline. Oh well, best of luck to everyone else.

If anyone is interested in seeing some of my work in a gallery I will be exhibiting in a group show next week called ‘Still Moving’ at the Brunswick Art Space at 2A Little Breese St Brunswick, Melbourne.

Opening is on Friday 23rd March from 6-9pm. I hope to see some of you there.

About my work

Many thanks for the feedback everyone. Much of my work has grown out of interesting news articles, particularly the ones that are shoved into two small paragraphs close to the inner fold as it seems to be where those quirky articles go when the editor doesn’t really know what to do with them. This image sparked of a strange wording in a genetically modified food article which took me down the path of several work on the site questioning genetic research, cloning and modified food. I have a fairly dark sense of humour so I find them amusing ‘what if?’ comments. I do create work just for the enjoyment of working a shape/texture so I will post a few of those soon to lighten the mood.
