Three Spires Gaming is a non profitable community group and our aim is to help people with their mental health through the hobby of tabletop gaming. We offer people a safe and secure place to come and play these games with like minded people. In doing this we hope to evolve people's coping mechanisms as well as their skill set so that people can better manage their mental health. However we do also offer the chance for them to talk about their mental health, ask questions or seek advice.
