Artist's Description

Cooking: 45 min – Preparation: 15 min
Ingredients (serves 6 – 8 people)

- 2 cups of flour ( 250g)
- 1 cup of sugar (150g)
- 4 eggs
- 1 liter of milk
- 1 tea spoon of vanilla extract (or 35g of sucre vanillé)
- 10/12 large pitted prunes
- butter (just enough for buttering the dish)

Directions:
In a large bowl, add the flour, sugar, and vanilla, add eggs one by one, mix the preparation until it is smooth without lumps, then pour the milk little by little.
Heat the oven (350°F-180/200°C).
Pour the preparation in a buttered baking dish. Then lay out the prunes (opened) in the preparation.
Put the baking dish in the heated oven, cook at medium heat (350°F- 180/200°C) for approximately 45 min.

Eat cold, of course, thus it keeps good.
It is delicious too with raisins instead of prunes.
